At SimplyDazzled, we’re all about giving you a flawless and fabulous movie night experience. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 24 hours before your event. All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance to allow time for preparation. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance—late cancellations are non-refundable. We do allow one reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, based on availability. Because your safety (and our setup) comes first, weather plays a big part in outdoor events. If it’s too windy or rainy to safely set up, we’ll reschedule your event once at no extra charge, as long as it’s within 30 days. Refunds aren’t issued for weather-related cancellations. We take care of all setup and takedown—just make sure the setup area is clean, flat, and free from any hazards or obstacles. If the area isn’t safe or accessible when we arrive, we may not be able to proceed, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in that case. Lastly, we ask that all guests treat the equipment with care. The client is responsible for any lost or damaged items, which may result in a replacement fee. To keep everything picture-perfect, please avoid glitter, confetti, or silly string near the screen or electronics. Thanks for choosing SimplyDazzled—where movie night meets glam! ⟡
